The Long Reach Corp. Announces info@hand Finance

Links info@hand CRM/Business Management System with QuickBooks

Ontario, Canada (July 16, 2007) –The Long Reach Corp. has introduced info@hand Finance, an optional module for its info@hand customer relationship and business management platform for small and mid-sized businesses that links to Intuit’s QuickBooks accounting system.  The new module continually synchronizes pertinent info@hand information such as accounts, product catalog, invoice and payment data, customer leads, currencies and tax rates with QuickBooks.

This optional integration with QuickBooks, the dominant accounting system used by the SMB market, enables organizations with current QuickBooks implementations to take full advantage of info@hand’s integrated CRM, order management, project management, customer service, order management and customer portal platform without changing their accounting system.

“Some integrated business management systems for SMBs include their own accounting programs and force customers to change both their front- and back-office technology at the same time. That involves considerable disruption, retraining and — in the case of QuickBooks — unnecessary mothballing of a best-of-breed system that works as well or better than any likely replacement,” said The Long Reach President and Chief Executive Officer Michael J.R. Whitehead. “Our new Finance module simplifies the migration to info@hand for QuickBooks users while also preserving their investment in the QuickBooks platform.”

info@hand includes comprehensive CRM functionality with clear graphical dashboards, full quote/invoice/statement/purchase order preparation, email marketing capabilities, detailed project status and performance tracking, case history tracking by serial number and service contract, a customer portal for 24x7 interaction, and wide variety of other features. This integration eliminates redundant data entry, reduces costs, and improves productivity by making all data available from a single application.

The system is available as a web-based or on-premise application, and can be accessed both by any in-house or remote PC or Macintosh as well as by handheld devices such as BlackBerry, Palm or Windows Mobile.

The info@hand Finance module has a one-time license fee of $995 and an annual support fee of $250 for on-premise deployment.  Minimum system requirements include info@hand 5.1 and QuickBooks 2006 Pro (installed version only).  The info@hand system has a one-time license fee of $250 per user.
