On Premise Option (Use Info At Hand On Your Own Server):

For those organizations that wish to run Info At Hand on their own server, we offer our On Premise licensing option. This option has a one-time per-user license fee of $250 US, with a 2 user minimum. The MS Outlook plug-in is included for all users at this price, as is Info At Hand Mobile and the Info At Hand Customer Portal.

Note: This license option for Info At Hand has no annual license fee - license it once, and use it as long as you wish. If you need to license more users later on, they can be added to your license easily, at the same price per user.

 

On Premise Support:

Support for the On Premise licensing option (via email & fax 24/7 and telephone 08:00-18:00 EST, business days, plus access to the customer forums and FAQs) includes free point and full updates for Info At Hand while under support. The cost for support is an additional $62.50 US per user annually, and is mandatory in the first year. Support includes one support incident per licensed user - additional incidents will be charged at $62.50 US each. 

 

On Premise Pricing Example:

A 5-user On Premise license, including the one-time license fee, and support for the first year, has a cost of 5 x ($250 + $62.50) = $1,562.50 (all prices in $US). 

 

How to Purchase the Info At Hand On Premise Option:

To purchase the Info At Hand On Premise option, the Software License Agreement must be downloaded, completed, and faxed to The Long Reach Corporation at 613-692-7818.  Payment options include PayPal, Wire Transfer, or company cheque - please call or email to arrange payment. We can invoice you in Canadian or US dollars. When payment has been received you will receive a download link for your server installation Zip file, the Outlook plug-in, Info At Hand Mobile, the Info At Hand Customer Portal, and documentation for installing and using all of these parts of the solution.

 

On Demand Option (Subscription Pricing):

For those businesses wishing to subscribe to the Info At Hand secure On Demand service, pricing consists of a quarterly account fee of $125 US, plus a quarterly per-user fee of $90 US.

 

There is a 5-user minimum, and a quarterly subscription model for the service. On Demand sessions are fully SSL encrypted, using a standard Info At Hand certificate, or your own. All On Demand contracts are service inclusive - there are no additional support fees.

 

On Demand Pricing Example:

A 10-user On Demand subscription for the first three months costs $125 + (10 x $90) = $1,025 (all prices in $US). 

 

How to Purchase the Info At Hand On Demand Option:

To purchase the Info At Hand secure On Demand option, the Service Level Agreement  must be downloaded, completed, and faxed to The Long Reach Corporation at 613-692-7818.  Payment options include PayPal, Wire Transfer, or company cheque - please call or email to arrange payment. We can invoice you in Canadian or US dollars. When payment has been received your On Demand URL (http://your_company.infoathand.net) will be enabled within the next business day, and you will be emailed a link to download the Outlook plug-in, and all the system documentation.

Info At Hand Finance:

Sold separately, this optional module links an Info At Hand installation to the QuickBooks Accounting system. For On Premise deployment, pricing is $995 US per server one-time license fee, plus $250 per annum for support. For On Demand deployment, price is $50 US per month.

Admin Users :

Note that any user may be given the system administration capability. There is no dedicated administration user, nor is an additional free administration user provided with either the On Premise or On Demand options.

Pricing Notes: Significant portions of the software for the Info At Hand Business Portal are based on SugarCRM's Sugar Open Source CRM project, in which The Long Reach is a Recognized Developer, and an Open Source Business Partner. See more details here. The Info At Hand Customer Portal also includes software from the Joomla project. While there is no charge for Sugar Open Source or Joomla, pricing of this product in fact reflects the cost for that portion of the software which is proprietary to the Info At Hand solution suite, plus any included hardware, documentation, and customization, training and support services.
