In order to buy info@hand, you must first decide if you prefer to purchase info@hand as licensed software running On Premise, meaning on your own server located at your offices or perhaps at your ISP. Or alternatively, purchase it as an On Demand service.
If the On Demand service is what you need, you need to buy it from one of our many info@hand Partners, not from us. As a hosted web service needs to be responsive to keep your business operating at top speed, we have a large number of partners internationally that offer the info@hand On Demand service hosted on their server infrastructure. Ideally, choose one within a few thousand kilometres of your location for top performance. It is also important that the organization hosting your service is the same one that can fulfill your other CRM service needs - Training, Customization, Consulting and Support. If an On Premise software license for info@hand is your preference, you may purchase it from us here at The Long Reach, or from any of our partners. In either case, you also need to purchase annual support (at least in the first year), which includes free updates to the software.

Reseller Pricing
We are always receptive to proposals from potential new partners. Skills in the fields of business process re-engineering (management consulting) and software development and customization are a big plus, but the core competence needs to be in the fields of sales and technical support (server configuration and application support).
